Summer/Fall Outdoor Workouts - Boys/Girls 3rd-HS

Introducing our Summer/Fall outdoor workout program, for affiliation not required. We have done this in the past with smaller groups but this year we are opening it up club wide. This is a great warm up for the season, especially for non-fall sports players, but we even encourage fall sports players participate. Guaranteed fun, and prepping your player for their season...hard work mixed in! Updates will be posted on this sub-group to our FB page if we ever have to cancel due to weather or anything.

Mondays & Wednesdays – 7-9pm @ Sawtooth Middle School each session is $5 (drop in a bucket, or Venmo @cwseeger) Linder Road is closed right now so the only way into the field and courts is in the back of the school.

20 sessions ($100, or you can pay individually as you go)

July 22, 24, 29, 31 – August 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28 September 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25

Nightly Schedule (everything is outdoors): 🏀10 mins dynamic stretching 🏀20 mins cardio 🏀30 mins body weight strength 🏀20 mins offensive basketball skills (ball handling, finishing, shooting) 🏀40 mins games Players should bring a ball, water, outdoor shoes, and running shoes if they want to jog in different shoes.
